Ένα γαλλικό bistrotμε αθηναϊκή καρδιά

Το L'Evangile γεννήθηκε από μια απλή ιδέα: να υπάρχει ένα μέρος στη γειτονιά όπου μπορείς να πιεις σωστό καφέ στις 8 το πρωί, να φας brunch χωρίς βιασύνη το μεσημέρι και να μείνεις για κρασί μέχρι αργά.

Δεν κάνουμε εκπτώσεις στην πρώτη ύλη. Συνεργαζόμαστε με μικρούς παραγωγούς, αλλάζουμε το μενού με τις εποχές και φτιάχνουμε τα πάντα στο εργαστήριό μας — από το ψωμί μέχρι τα γλυκά του πρωινού.
